Seth Bockholts 12 years of design and construction experience encompass projects from Boise ID to Palm Springs CA; though the vast majority of his work is here in Utah. The project sizes run the gambit from remodel enhancements at the Triad Center in Salt Lake City to multi-million dollar estates in Summit County. With personal responsibility for over 8 million dollars in landscape design and construction over the years he has proven to be a qualified landscape architect. Now as founder of his own firm he is working from his Main Street studio in Park City Utah; Seth is honing his style and is looking for clients both private and public willing to create spaces that go beyond the average outdoor experience.

What is your primary product or service?
Landscape design.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always been interested in art, and I love seeing the results of my hard work in a physical and tangible form. I like the idea of making people feel something or making an experience. Architecture is just the ideal medium for all those things. And when you combine that with my love of nature and the outdoors Landscape Architecture is a perfect fit for me.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have broad experience in actual installations of projects, being a contractor for a decade. I also have a much more personal one on one type of working style.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One, no plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Well Main Street in park city is pretty easy to find. 614 is right by swede alley. Either park on Main Street for a dollar an hour or park in public parking near Swede Alley and walk a couple hundred feet to Main Street. Go into 614 and come up to the 4th floor.
What type of payments do you accept?
Mostly I receive checks, but other methods are doable.
Which areas do you service?
All across the Western United States. Wherever original and innovative designs are needed.
